Joanna Chen counsels domestic and foreign clients in a wide variety of intellectual property matters, with an emphasis in electrical engineering, patent litigation and patent prosecution. She has also managed entire trademark portfolios for notable companies, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies, and has extensive experience representing clients in trademark and copyright infringement cases.
