Karime Barry enjoys helping clients find solutions to complex real estate matters. She provides counsel to clients across the real estate industry ranging from banks, lenders, developers and investors, including family offices.

Karime’s background in corporate and real estate law informs her work drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financing documents as well as purchase and sale, construction, development and management agreements. She has also worked at a number of top U.S. and Brazilian law firms on issues related to company organizations, formations, restructuring, business acquisitions and general corporate transaction matters.

She also served as an attorney and head of the Trade Department of the Consulate General of Brazil in Atlanta, where she headed legal matters encompassing real estate law and assisted U.S. companies with their business operations in Brazil.
