Kris offers his clients a unique perspective, having had extensive experience representing each of the participants in the “life of a loan.”  Kris understands his clients’ concerns and helps them identify and understand potential issues before they become problems.  With significant experience in structured real estate finance, Kris has a deep understanding of the CMBS and CLO markets and helps his clients successfully navigate issues particular to securitized loans.

Earlier in his career working within a CMBS master servicer, Kris acquired servicing portfolios, negotiated pooling and servicing agreements, and worked with asset managers to resolve loan-level issues.
