Katherine Lee strives to protect client technology and strategically develop IP strategies that align with the clients’ business goals. She works with clients in patent prosecution, patent portfolio development, pre-litigation analysis, post-grant proceedings, and patent litigation. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Katherine leveraged her experience working at top law firms in Silicon Valley for over ten years.

Katherine has drafted and prosecuted numerous patents and regularly counsels clients in a wide-array of technical industries, including satellite systems, ocular devices, electrical storage systems, applied laser and optical devices, drones, wireless communications, image processing and systems, computing technologies, semiconductor processing and devices, medical devices, data analytics, displays, data storage systems, mobile and wearable devices, food processing systems, e-commerce, and automated voice response systems.

Katherine holds a M.S. and B.S. in electrical engineering, where her primary area of focus was in lasers and opto-electronics.
