Kelly Greco focuses her practice on complex commercial real estate transactions, primarily in real estate development and investment. Kelly’s experience includes the representation of developers, owners, investors, landlords, tenants, borrowers and lenders, both locally and on a national level. Kelly works with clients in the acquisition, structuring, disposition, development, finance, and leasing of a wide range of asset types throughout the United States. She is committed to understanding each client’s goals and providing practical, business-minded solutions to complicated legal issues.
  • Represented national real estate investor in acquisition of multifamily portfolio ($470 million).
  • Represented real estate investor in the disposition of office building in San Jose, California ($61 million).
  • Represented developer and operator of high end student housing in connection with a programmatic joint venture with a major life company to finance and operate stabilized student housing projects nationwide.
  • Represented real estate investment trust with respect to disposition of 56 retail properties ($73 million).
  • Represented landlord in negotiating industrial leases for large industrial building (470,000 sq. ft.).
  • Represented a developer in the development of a common interest community for persons 55 years of age or older.
  • Represented public company in acquisition of office building in San Jose, California ($48 million).
  • Represented public company in acquisition of office building in Sunnyvale, California ($27 million).
  • Represented in acquisition of office building in San Jose, California ($36 million), including a subsequent refinancing of the property with a loan facility of $21 million.
