As an associate in the Loan Enforcement and Creditors’ Rights practice, clients rely on Kriston Guillot to work with the Polsinelli legal team to analyze each case in order to develop a strategic approach to representation based on the client’s immediate and long-term goals. Polsinelli has one of the largest creditors’ rights practices in the nation, with attorneys handling workout bankruptcy and loan enforcement matters for senior and mezzanine lenders and special servicers, including receiverships and UCC sales of equity interest throughout the U.S. Working closely with seasoned Polsinelli attorneys across the firm, Kriston assists with an array of issues that arise when enforcing the contractual rights and remedies of financial institutions, loan servicers, and creditors of distressed debt in both state and federal bankruptcy court proceedings.
