Kathy Hardee uses her experience as a trial attorney to work with clients to mitigate risks and achieve their business objectives.  She has more than 30 years of experience representing clients on claims relating to products liability, labeling, personal injury, commercial disputes and toxic and mass torts.  Kathy has extensive nationwide trial experience in both state and federal courts and she is a trained mediator.  

Kathy is an author and frequent speaker on risk management.  In her work representing food companies, she combines an in-depth knowledge of the industry with her PCQI (Preventive Control Qualified Individual) and HACCP training to achieve positive and timely outcomes whether before regulators or in the courtroom.

Kathy serves a variety of clients that include:

  • Represented multiple clients in wrongful death cases arising from asbestos exposure. 
  • Represented a sports equipment manufacturer in wrongful death case alleging product defect. 
  • Represented plaintiff in products liability case in which plaintiff was seriously injured by defect in manufacturing machinery. 
  • Ongoing representation of various clients relating to disputes in transportation law.
