Kendra Leghart is an associate in the Capital Markets and Commercial Lending practice group.  She advises real estate owners, developers, and investors on complex transactions throughout the United States, including the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of a variety of properties. 

Kendra has experience working with owners, tenants and their representatives in connection with a broad range of leasing matters, including the negotiation of ground and traditional leases for a variety of uses and developments, including restaurant, retail, office, industrial and hospital and healthcare systems.  In addition, Kendra regularly counsels buyers and sellers in the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, CC&Rs, easements, license agreements and handles closings.  She also works with borrowers and lenders in connection with financings and loan extensions. 

Kendra is committed to understanding the industry in which clients operate and strives to provide all clients with the highest possible level of legal advice.
