Keith Londo brings 16 years of diverse experience in the area of real estate transactions, specifically, finance, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and real estate development. Keith represents many large institutional lending clients. His finance experience includes drafting and negotiating credit agreements and related security documents for a variety of complex and sophisticated senior debt. Keith has represented many institutional real estate investors throughout the U.S. in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. 

Keith’s experience covers a variety of asset types, including:

  • Industrial facilities

Keith also has experience representing landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations regarding office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
