Kelly McCorkle is a senior trade advisor with the International Trade and Customs Team under the Global Franchise and Supply Network in Dallas.

Kelly is well-versed in export and import compliance. She advises a wide array of companies within the oil and gas, aerospace, electronics and automotive sectors with trade compliance issues covering hardware, software and technology. She also assists companies in navigating complex government regulations to include the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other applicable government programs.

Leveraging over 12 years of experience related to export/import compliance, Kelly routinely works with companies to create comprehensive programs in import and export compliance tailored for EAR, ITAR, OFAC, FTR and FCPA-related issues.  She also assists companies in drafting and improving their compliance manuals and Technology Control Plans (TCP). Further, Kelly partners with companies to provide tailored compliance training and provides assistance with government regulations applicable to international trade.

Experienced with audits, voluntary disclosures, commodity jurisdictions, CCATS, licensing and other applicable trade compliance functions, Kelly provides small and large companies with valuable expertise to ensure their trade compliance activities are in sync with the company’s business objectives and federal regulations.
