Kevin Nieland approaches each real estate finance transaction by anticipating potential complications before they arise. Through an organized and strategic approach, he is able to provide guidance that allows clients to realize their respective definitions of success. Kevin firmly believes that the key to a successful outcome is understanding the client’s business and priorities. Kevin focuses his practice on loan origination and commercial mortgage servicing, with a particular emphasis on the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities industry.
