Kenneth Weiner focuses his practice on real estate and represents clients on both a local and national level. He addresses transactions of varying complexities and has experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, financing documents and reciprocal easement and operating agreements.

Kenneth regularly counsels clients on various leasing matters involving leasehold improvements, assignments and subleases and other issues related to the landlord/tenant relationship.
