Lauren Claassen represents and counsels clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including development, acquisition, disposition and leasing. Lauren is committed to understanding each client’s business in order to better develop strategies and solutions which address its specific needs. Working closely with seasoned Polsinelli attorneys in the Real Estate practice, Lauren delivers a range of legal services in connection with a wide array of properties, including office, retail, multi-family, industrial and resort, as well as, undeveloped land.

  • Represented the master developer of a 1,100 acre master planned community, including work related to homeowners’ association documents, builder contracts, and sales of larger development parcels.  
  • Represented owner of mixed use project in connection with condominium conversion.
  • Represented client in several simultaneous purchase/leaseback transactions located in Georgia, Massachusetts, Texas, and Alabama.
  • Drafted and negotiated office, industrial, and retail leases, amendments, modifications and terminations for landlords and tenants.
