Lidia Niecko-Najjum helps clients solve problems through pragmatic and business-focused client counseling and advising. With 10 years of cumulative experience in nursing, policy, and law, her practice focuses on health care regulatory, coverage and payment, compliance, transaction, and policy matters, with special focus on administrative appeals, 340B Drug Pricing Program audits and compliance, HIPAA and health information privacy and security, telehealth matters and behavioral health. Lidia’s representative clients include academic medical centers, health systems, acute surgical centers, long-term care facilities, telehealth providers and healthcare companies.

Lidia’s experience also includes working as a senior research and policy analyst at the Association of American Medical Colleges, as well as practicing as a nurse at Georgetown University Hospital’s general medicine with telemetry unit and the GI suite.
