McCall Bauersfeld is an associate in the Commercial Litigation group in Dallas. McCall provides guidance and advocacy in all phases of a dispute, from pre-litigation negotiations through trial. McCall is committed to understanding clients’ litigation goals and business objectives in order to provide the best representation for each unique matter. Clients rely on McCall to manage risk and provide tailored litigation solutions so clients can focus on achieving their business and personal objectives.

McCall’s practice centers on representing businesses, organizations, and individuals in a variety of litigation matters and disputes, including:

  • Breach of contract claims arising out of asset purchase agreements, lease agreements, service agreements, insurance policies, and other contractual agreements 
  • Commercial real estate and lease disputes
  • Partnership disputes and breach of fiduciary duty claims
  • Fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and tortious interference claims
  • Complex commercial disputes involving healthcare entities
  • Obtained favorable arbitration award on behalf of corporate seller of business assets in post-acquisition dispute with purchaser. 
  • Authored Petition for Review that resulted in the Texas Supreme Court granting certiorari to hear pro bono case involving summary judgment burdens. 
  • Obtained favorable settlement on behalf of former executive in connection with his breach of contract and fraud claims against his former employer.
