As an associate in the Wealth Planning practice, clients rely on McKinley Duke to recognize issues and create a specific and individual plan when it comes to personal, estate, and tax planning. He strives to listen and learn from clients and incorporate the client’s wishes in a plan that is both comprehensive and flexible.

McKinley enjoys working with clients and their team of professionals to ensure smooth estate and trust administration, from the initial review of the client’s needs through the final distribution and tax reporting. He collaborates with seasoned attorneys daily on shareholder agreements, retirement planning, marital agreements, gift planning, and charitable planning through current and deferred charitable gifts.

His practice focuses on a variety of wealth planning matters, including: 
  • Drafting wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and health care directives 
  • Administering post-death estate and trust plans
  • Preparing gift, estate, and fiduciary income tax returns
  • Establishing family limited partnerships and limited liability companies
