He understands his clients have a business to run successfully and that the legal side is only one of many challenges to be profitable and compete in their marketplace.

A business lawyer, Mike focuses on corporate, compliance and securities matters and has extensive experience with domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, equity and debt offerings, foreign direct investment, EB-5 investments, general corporate matters, distribution, agency and licensing matters and market entry strategies. He regularly advises U.S. and foreign clients in connection with the establishment, structuring, and compliance of their international operations, including the establishment of international distribution networks.

Mike, also known as "Miguel" as he lived and worked in Latin America for more than 10 years (Costa Rica, Leon, Mexico City), reads, writes, speaks, and negotiates in Spanish. His international experience goes far beyond Latin America. He has recently assisted clients with needs in Canada, Asia, Eastern/Western Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and all over Latin America and the Caribbean.
