Meredith Hoberock partners with banks, financial institutions and companies in a variety of commercial lending transactions. Meredith has experience in secured and unsecured financing matters, including asset-based lending, acquisition financing, single and multi-lender credit facilities, subordinated debt financing, term loan facilities, revolving credit arrangements, real estate lending, and insurance premium financing. Meredith also guides a wide range of clients on uniform commercial code matters. Meredith’s health care lending practice provides representation to regional banks in the financing of senior and assisted living facilities and other types of health care facilities in various states.
As part of her commercial lending focus, Meredith’s local counsel legal opinion practice offers a flexible and efficient approach in transactions requiring local counsel in the jurisdictions where Polsinelli practices, including New York and Delaware. Meredith also has experience in the enforcement of defaulted commercial real estate loans and negotiating forbearances, loan sales, modifications and other loan workouts.

As a former judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Meredith has developed an noteworthy skill and ability to provide clients with an in-depth understanding of the courts. Meredith’s experience working in the federal judiciary, coupled with an extensive background in legal research, has provided her with valuable perspectives in helping clients to address complex legal issues.
