Meredith Hoberock assists financial institutions in structuring, documenting, negotiating and closing real estate, health care, nonprofit, asset-based and other commercial financing transactions.  She also has experience in the enforcement of defaulted commercial real estate loans and negotiating forbearances, modifications and other loan workouts.  Meredith provides valuable perspectives in counseling lenders and servicers to address complex legal issues. Her strong work ethic, professionalism, and passion for serving others complement her legal practice and ability to help clients with their financing needs.

As a former judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Meredith has developed a unique skill and ability to provide clients with an in-depth understanding of the courts. Meredith’s experience working in the federal judiciary, coupled with an extensive background in legal research, has provided her with valuable perspectives in helping clients to address complex legal issues.

In addition, having served as Editor-in-Chief of the Arkansas Law Review, Meredith appreciates the importance of leadership and team play in striving to meet the objectives of every client.
