As an Associate in the Intellectual Property practice, Micah Kesselman serves clients’ full range of IP needs, and is dedicated to helping them tackle and solve issues related to the establishment and protection of their intellectual property.

Micah assists our attorneys with handling complex issues facing technology and high tech companies, software and business methods, data, privacy, and any of a variety of other high tech industries.

His goal is to protect each client’s assets through: 
  • Patents
  • Licensing agreements
  • Privacy policies
  • Technology development agreements

Micah has patent drafting experience for technologies built on a blockchain framework. Further, Micah has performed comprehensive reviews of the blockchain patent space and assisted in writing an article on blockchain technology and its current status in the patent world. Micah is also a member and frequent participant of the Boston Blockchain Meetup group, which hosts monthly presentations from entrepreneurs and thought-leaders in the Boston blockchain community.
  • Design and implementation of a robotic claw system integrating object detection and avoidance. 
  • Experience designing and implementing computer vision and an object detection system.
  • Identifying distinguishing and novel subject matter at the architecture-level in order to prosecute patents for multiple Natural Language Processing pipeline technologies
