Melissa A. Latini is an associate in the Corporate and Transactional group. She is committed to understanding the industry in which clients operate. Clients rely on Melissa to analyze each corporate transaction matter to develop strategic solutions for their immediate and long-term business and operational goals.

Melissa has assisted in the representation of clients in an array of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and outside general counsel matters. Melissa works with clients in various stages of growth across a range of industries, including aggregates and building materials, automotive centers, home health care, and technology and data centers. 

  • Represented a multinational supplier of asphalt, concrete and building materials in its acquisition of a site development, asphalt paving and concrete paving services company.
  • Represented a building products distributor in a series of platform acquisitions across the country.
  • Represented a home health care company in its acquisition of home health and hospice care providers.
  • Represented private equity-backed franchisor in numerous asset acquisitions of automotive service centers across the country. 
  • Represented private equity purchaser in its acquisition of and the acquisition financing of all of the assets comprising six separate golf club facilities.
  • Represented Canadian corporation that formulates and markets a line of nutritional supplements in the sale of substantially all of its assets, including all of the equity of its US-based subsidiary.
  • Represented New York-based private investment firm in its equity acquisition of a leading provider of hybrid data center solutions.
  • Represented purchaser in its acquisition of all of the assets of a specialty glass fabrication and distribution company and its real property in Texas.
  • Represented developer and supplier of aircraft and aerospace technology company in the sale of all of its membership interests to a public aerospace corporation.
