As a former federal clerk, Matt uses his government and courtroom experience to represent clients in white collar matters. His practice focuses on representing corporate and individual clients in civil and criminal investigations conducted by the DOJ and other federal agencies. In addition to assisting clients through the investigative process, Matt also represents his clients from indictment through trial. He is particularly well-versed in defending clients against allegations of fraud including matters involving the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, healthcare fraud, anti-trust violations, securities fraud, immigration fraud, and money laundering.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Matt clerked for the Honorable Judge Lisa Godbey Wood in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
