Mike Mazzella is an associate in the Real Estate Finance practice group. He is dedicated to providing effective and efficient legal solutions to all clients.  Mike regularly assists with the representation of clients in real estate financing transactions, including mortgage loans, securitized loans, construction loans, and mezzanine loans.

In law school, Mike studied Advanced Oral Advocacy with Professor Steven Goldblatt of the Supreme Court Institute, which prepares oral advocates that appear before the Supreme Court of the United States. He was also a member of the Trial Advocacy team, and the Georgetown Law Technology Review. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Mike externed at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, and for the Public Defender’s Office of Clark County, Nevada.
