Michael Dolan helps clients close their deals. He specializes in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, majority and minority recapitalizations, and formations of joint ventures. Michael combines his legal experience and his insight into clients’ business objectives, which allows him to partner with clients as a trusted advisor in a wide variety of industries. Michael draws on his experience at a large international law firm and as an in-house attorney at a large public company to provide legal advice on complex transactional matters.
