Nicole Macut is committed to understanding the industries in which clients operate and recognizes the nuances of the patent prosecution process. As an associate in the Medical Devices and Mechanical Engineering Patent Prosecution practice group, she brings a pragmatic approach towards the business considerations and legal complexities that arise by leveraging her double major in both biology and chemistry. Nicole’s practice includes drafting domestic and international utility patents in mechanical, electrical, biological and chemical technologies, assessing invention disclosures, reviewing and responding to formal actions from the USPTO and working with foreign associates to prosecute patent applications across the globe. Nicole’s ability to bring clarity to complex issues enables her to help clients achieve their business objectives.
