Nick McGrath recognizes both the business and legal opportunities and challenges that real estate matters present to clients. He frequently represents and counsels clients in a broad range of real estate and related business transactions from coast to coast, including leasing, acquisition, disposition, development and financing of retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties. Nick also advises clients on a broad range of property tax matters, including representing property owners on property tax protests and appeals.

  • Represented developer in leasing of over 165,000 square feet of space in new mixed-used project, including anchor spaces to national and regional brands.
  • Represented the seller of large asset and membership interest sale involving multiple senior housing facilities across the United States.
  • Serves as lead outside counsel for a major real estate group in the leasing of their entire office/industrial portfolio, property tax protest and appeal matters, and other ongoing operational real estate support.
