Nathaniel ‘Tani’ Weiner is a seasoned corporate lawyer with a special focus in behavioral health and specialty health care services.  He structures, negotiates and closes deals by taking into account not only traditional corporate structure considerations but also the additional layers of licensure, regulatory and reimbursement issues that are inherent in the highly regulated health care industry. Tani regularly partners with equity sponsors and executive leadership to successfully implement growth strategies through M&A, financing, joint venture, and de novo development transactions.

In addition to an extensive track record of successfully completed health care M&A transactions, Tani serves as outside general counsel to health care providers who benefit from his 15 years of in-house experience representing leading behavioral health providers in M&A transactions and all facets of their legal affairs.  Partnering with members of Polsinelli’ s corporate, health care and other practice areas, Tani provides clients with practical and responsive legal counsel in transactions, along with regulatory, reimbursement and other key legal touch point areas.
