Patrick Doherty is a shareholder in the Firm’s Corporate and Transactional Department in New York. Patrick’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, representing private equity firms and public and private companies in acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, and venture capital and growth equity investments. He also has extensive experience representing project owners, developers and equity investors in the formation of complex real estate joint ventures. Patrick represents clients in industries including financial services, health care, consumer products, manufacturing, media and entertainment and real estate.

  • Represented a global regulated medical waste and secure information destruction services company in acquisitions and divestitures totaling more than $350 million
