Paul Klug’s practice primarily focuses on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, securities and private equity.  He has experience in the related areas of tax, franchise law and real estate.  Clients in diverse industries, such as construction, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, retail, and financial services, seek Paul’s counsel.

Paul provides assistance in general business planning to companies in all stages of existence, from startups to emerging and growing businesses, to companies that are downsizing or preparing to sell, including privately held and public companies.  He has structured and closed a large number of business transactions with a variety of deal prices and structures involving privately held and public companies, including succession and exit strategy planning and transactions.
