As an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation practice, Quynh Chen works with Polsinelli attorneys to serve clients’ full range of Intellectual Property needs and help them solve issues related to protection of their intellectual property. Her practice primarily focuses on trademark and patent litigation, where she is experienced in handling patent litigation issues, including pre-filing investigations, managing discovery and research through writing demand letters, petitions and finalizing trial briefs and expert reports.

Quynh also has experience in developing source codes and programming web applications, including Ruby on Rails, Javascript, JQuery, Ajax, html and css.
