Quentin Jennings has built a corporate law practice that focuses on providing support to clients in a wide variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Representing clients that include small- to mid-size businesses and Fortune 500 companies, as well as nonprofit organizations, Quentin partners with firm clients to negotiate critical business deals that have ranged in value from $100,000 to $250 million.

Quentin offers clients unique perspective as a former in-house attorney in the financial services industry, as well as an extensive background in analyzing mergers and acquisitions. He represents high technology companies, health care systems and providers, and start-up companies in complex merger, divestiture, and acquisition.

In addition to his law practice, Quentin is active in the community and currently serves as a commissioner on the Kansas City Board of Election Commissioners, a position appointed by the Governor of Missouri. Quentin is also a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Kansas City and an alumnus of Leadership Missouri, a Missouri Chamber of Commerce program that aims to identify current and emerging leaders throughout the state. In the legal community, Quentin is an active member with both The Missouri Bar and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.
