Robert Adams’ practice includes services to clients on a local, regional and national basis with respect to a broad range of transactional real estate services, including purchase and sale of multi-family, office, hospitality and industrial properties, complex assemblages and assemblage financing; project construction finance utilizing senior and mezzanine structures; and leasing for mixed-use, commercial, office and industrial projects.

Robert’s previous experience as a senior executive at a real estate development company provides a unique perspective to his real estate practice. In addition to his experience advising clients in transactions, he has been responsible for financial statements, forecasts, marketing and sales, team building, project underwriting and financing.
 
  • Represented industrial, office and retail owners in acquisition of properties, construction of new facilities, renovation and expansion of improvements.
  • Represented owners and tenants in leasing of commercial, office, retail and industrial properties.
  • Represented owner on disposition of portfolio of office properties. 
  • Represented owner in acquisition of multi-family apartment complexes throughout the South and Southeast.
  • Represented hospitality developers in construction financing utilizing mortgage, mezzanine and PACE financing.
  • Represented owner/developer in acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of retail centers and out-lots.
