Ryan N. Baebler is a transactional attorney that focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance. He leverages a pragmatic approach towards business considerations and legal complexities that arise in major transactions. Ryan has broad experience in commercial mortgage and mezzanine loan origination and related matters. His ability to bring clarity to complex issues allows him to help clients achieve their objectives.

Ryan works in both English and Spanish, and represents Spanish-speaking pro bono immigration clients when possible. Prior to his work in real estate finance, he worked with Transparency International and the Peace Corps in the Republic of Panama, as well as the Panamanian Ministry of Education and National Environmental Authority.

  • Represented  purchase of $81,000,000 portion of $272,000,000 loan against New York office building
