He is a leader in real estate deals and portfolio transactions requiring expertise in analyzing, drafting and negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements, SNDAs, estoppel certificates, development agreements, easements and CC&Rs.  Rob represents tenants and landlords in the leasing of industrial, commercial office, laboratory and manufacturing properties and routinely counsels clients in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family, retail, commercial office and industrial properties across the United States.

Rob holds dual citizenship with the U.S. and Italy and speaks Italian. He also holds real estate brokerage licenses in California, Illinois and Georgia.

  • Guided seller/tenant in portfolio transaction (sale and leaseback) involving over 70 locations and negotiated Master Leases for those same locations.
  • Advised seller in portfolio transaction involving 60 locations.
  • Counseled seller/tenant in sale and leaseback of a project in Southern California.
  • Represented seller/tenant in sale and leaseback of a multi-million satellite campus in Southern California.
  • Advised tenant in negotiations for headquarters lease in Chicago, IL.
  • Represented seller/tenant in sale and leaseback of $100 million headquarters campus in Southern California.
