Rosa Brine is committed to understanding each client’s business needs and brings broad legal experience to each transaction to help advance those needs. Her prior work in-house and as a litigator enables her to draw from that knowledge to anticipate risk and to view business decisions from the client’s perspective. 

At Polsinelli, Rosa structures and documents a wide range of financing transactions, as well as performs due diligence reviews.  Her practice includes representing financial institutions, commercial borrowers, private funds, and alternative lenders in asset-based loans, cash flow financings, secured and unsecured credit facilities, private equity financing transactions, public financings, and life insurance premium financing transactions. Rosa also counsels clients in connection with domestic and cross-border leveraged financing transactions involving syndicated institutional loans and mezzanine debt.  Her transactions span a range of industries including healthcare, transportation and real estate.
Rosa enjoys collaborating with clients on a variety of business issues and takes pride in forging strong client relationships. She also maintains an active pro bono practice and has been recognized as an "Empire State Counsel" by the New York State Bar Association for her pro bono work.
