Bob has substantial experience with condominiums and planned communities across and outside the United States. He specializes in creating complex governance structures for resort, residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. Bob also has deep experience in large scale marketing and sales programs for resort real estate.
Bob creates innovative planned unit developments, including PUDs incorporating new-urbanist and form-based regulatory models. His experience includes leading large development teams through annexations and complex entitlement approvals. He has also enjoyed negotiating many development and vested rights agreements, and has substantial experience negotiating surface use agreements with oil and gas operators.
Bob regularly guides buyers and sellers of real estate, along with investors, landlords and tenants, through complex, multi-state real estate transactions.
