An experienced litigator, Rob Edwards represents clients in state and federal courts throughout the nation. Mr. Edwards has substantial experience handling complex commercial litigation, specializing in loan enforcement and other lender related litigation, as well as all forms of trademark litigation. Mr. Edwards is admitted in Missouri, Kansas and New York. He is also admitted in, and has argued appeals before, the Eighth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals, the Missouri and Kansas Courts of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court.
Mr. Edwards spent the first three years of his career practicing commercial litigation with the Rogers and Wells firm (now Clifford Chance) in New York, New York. He received his law degree from the University of Virginia in 1993. His undergraduate degree in commerce and accounting, also from the University of Virginia, provides Mr. Edwards with an understanding of financial accounting invaluable to lender related litigation.
