Robert Goodstein focuses his practice on real estate finance matters and represents investment banks, national and international banks, alternative lenders and private equity funds in the origination of commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans on properties across the nation. He also represents lenders in closing commercial real estate loans intended for securitization or other sales on the secondary market.  

Robert’s experience also includes:

  • Representing lenders in financing multifamily properties through the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program and the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing program
  • Negotiating contracts with purchasers, sellers and sponsors
  • Drafting complex contracts for sellers of residential and commercial properties
