Robert Sweeter is a Shareholder in the Nashville office of Polsinelli PC. He advises clients on the entire spectrum of corporate finance and financial restructuring matters, including counseling clients concerning fiduciary duties, formation and dissolution strategies, debt purchases, and strategic review of complex capital structures and subordination agreements. He also advises clients regarding mergers and acquisitions, inter-creditor disputes, and other transactional and advisory work involving distressed assets and businesses, general corporate finance, and structured finance across various asset-based products. His experience spans a broad array of industries, including healthcare, technology, energy, Internet, manufacturing, retail, and real estate. 

Before joining the firm, Robert was the general counsel and founding executive team member of a nationwide technology-based marketplace platform. Earlier in his career, he was a member of top international law firms.
