Ryan VanDyke is committed to providing timely, valuable, and practical legal advice to allow his clients to achieve their desired goals. Leveraging his legal and business background, Ryan brings a common sense, client-centered approach to legal work. He enjoys working on all types of matters and with all types of clients ranging from start-up entrepreneurs to large public companies. He is regularly involved in structuring, negotiating, and closing asset and equity acquisitions and divestitures, as well as mergers and joint ventures.

Ryan primarily supports firm clients in the general corporate, transactional, and commercial law areas, but also is engaged in various types of client services including:

  • Providing general legal advice to, and solving problems for, businesses and individuals;

  • Advising clients regarding business entity selection, formation, and operation; and
  • Helping clients structure and consummate business transactions.

  • Represented software company in the sale of a minority interest from an auction sales process. 
  • Represent national tax-exempt health system in the sale of assets in health maintenance organization and life, accident and health insurance company.
