Scott Herpich is a consummate strategist. He provides guidance to companies from formation to exit strategies and works with clients large and small. For more than 25 years, he has focused his practice primarily on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as securities and corporate finance transactions, general corporate/business law, securitized loan servicing, and financial services.

Scott’s experience includes specializing in representing private equity, venture capital firms, family offices and small business investment companies (SBICs) in mergers, acquisitions, divestures, and mezzanine financing transactions. He also advises private and public companies in connection with restructurings and recapitalizations, joint ventures, registered and private equity and debt offerings, compliance with securities regulations, corporate governance, contested and uncontested tender offers, and proxy solicitations. In addition, Scott represents loan servicers in connection with the defeasance of commercial mortgage-backed securities loans.
