Shankar Krithivasan is skilled at developing strategies for patent protection. Shankar assists clients in patent preparation, prosecution, non-infringement and invalidity opinions, and due diligence matters in a wide range of technologies, including emerging areas in artificial intelligence, machine learning, telecommunications, Internet of Things (IoT), semiconductors, cloud computing, signal processing, and software.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Shankar was a Principal at a boutique IP firm and also leverages his prior experience as a processor design engineer in a well-known semiconductor and telecommunications company, where he was a named inventor on several patents. He has also worked in-house in the patent department, assisting with patent mining and managing outside counsel.
