Shuchi Parikh draws upon her prior experience working in-house and in private practice to advise clients on a range of health law matters. She assists providers with structuring complex transactions and developing strategic affiliations. She also provides regulatory compliance advice related to obligations under government health care programs.

Shuchi regularly assists clients on the following types of matters: 

  • Health care transactional support, including acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, physician contracting, management services, and more. 
  • Regulatory compliance advice and strategic planning related to health care fraud and abuse and corporate practice of medicine laws.
  • Navigating state pharmacy regulations and assisting with pharmacy operational issues, licensure, and enrollment.
  • 340B, drug pricing and reimbursement support to providers and contracted parties.
  • Advising health care technology startups on understanding regulatory risks and considerations in developing and scaling their business lines. 

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Shuchi served as Regulatory Counsel at an early-stage pharmacy benefit management startup and worked in health care practices at leading law firms in Washington, D.C. Shuchi completed a clerkship on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
