As an attorney in the Capital Markets and Commercial Lending practice group, Stephanie Zabela focuses on assisting financial institutions in structuring, documenting and securitizing commercial lending transactions. She represents lenders and borrowers in asset-based lending, cash-flow lending, acquisition financing, lender financing, fund financing, mezzanine financing, health care lending, real estate lending, multicurrency financing and cross-border transactions. Additionally, Stephanie represents companies in corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and advises financial institutions on issues of regulatory compliance. 
  • Representation of agents and lenders in credit facilities secured by health care-related real estate, including medical office buildings, hospitals, residential rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, outpatient clinics, and addiction treatment centers.
  • Representation of agents and lenders in cash flow credit facilities to borrowers in the health care industry.
  • Representations of agents and lenders in various other credit facilities, both secured and unsecured, including without limitation lender financings, fund financings, and mezzanine financings.
  • Representation of buyers and sellers in commercial real estate purchases / sales.
  • Representation of pro bono clients on a number of corporate matters.
