Tom Hohenstein has a reputation of quickly seeing through to the heart of a problem.   • Provided advice leading to resolution of multiple disputes involving defective or delayed construction and the prosecution and defense of mechanic’s liens.
  • Represented a large general contractor in drafting and negotiating more than 50 general contracts, construction management agreements, and related documents, including contracts for the construction of an international headquarters of a major credit card company, a city convention hall, convention hotels, and regional hospitals.
