Thomas Nguyen works tirelessly to protect client innovation and to help them pursue business success through their products. Thomas' strengths lie in his ability to channel the inventor's enthusiasm and knowledge regarding their invention when writing the initial patent application. Thomas is also dedicated to obtaining the broadest patent rights associated with each patent application so that the inventors receive the appropriate recognition for their invention. Thomas brings a unique perspective to providing legal advice to clients in an ever-changing regulatory environment. He has experience assisting in foreign prosecution of patent applications filed in Europe and China.
