As a licensed engineer, Tyler Schwein brings a pragmatic approach and understanding to business considerations and legal complexities that arise from protecting clients most valuable assets. He is committed to providing the quality assistance clients need when managing patent portfolios and devising patent prosecution strategies. 

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Tyler worked as a forensic engineer specializing in failure analysis pertaining to mechanical engineering. His specific technical specialization included mechanical failure analysis, storm damage analysis, structural failure analysis, building envelope failure analysis, construction defect evaluation and construction vibration monitoring.
