William Galvin is dedicated to providing effective, efficient and innovate legal solutions to health care clients. He applies his understanding of health care issues towards representing hospitals, physician groups and other health care professionals and organizations in a variety of health care matters, including:

  • 340B Drug Pricing Program regulatory, compliance, audit and contract support.
  • Specialty and retail pharmacy operational matters. 
  • Reimbursement matters, including Medicare, Medicaid and private payor reimbursement.
  • Physician alignment and contracting. 
  • Provider-based compliance and operational support.
  • Fraud and abuse laws, e.g., Stark Law, Anti-kickback statutes and False Claims Act. 
  • Administrative appeals and governmental investigations. 
  • Medical staff operational matters. 

William’s past experience includes working for a large health information technology vendor negotiating contracts with third party suppliers and coordinating with internal stakeholders and the legal and finance departments. While pursuing his Master of Laws (“LL.M.”) William focused his studies on health care business and finance, compliance, payment and reimbursement policy, and fraud and abuse. This experience gives William a foundation for better understanding clients’ challenges in an ever-changing health care landscape.
