Will Gust is a litigator. He represents clients ranging from startups to large publicly traded companies in a range of complex environmental litigation, product liability, business litigation, and class action matters. He has extensive practice in both state and federal courts and has tried multiple cases as first chair.

Will also has a significant practice in the area of probate, trust, and fiduciary litigation. He has extensive knowledge of the Missouri Uniform Trust Code and his experience includes representing both trustees and beneficiaries.
