Rebecca M. O’Brien supports the Financial Services Department with a focus on Real Estate Finance. Her practice spans a variety of disciplines with an emphasis on real estate financing and real estate litigation. She assists with all aspects of a real estate transaction, preparing documents, due diligence review, analysis and resolution of title and survey issues, and organizing and assisting with transaction closings and other department support. She also assists with the preparation of documents and pleadings for statutory and judicial mortgage foreclosures and receivership matters for distressed real estate.

She has been in the legal field for over 25 years and has a strong real estate finance and real estate litigation background. She has significant nationwide experience with commercial loans and routinely assists lenders with real estate closings, title and survey review, foreclosures, receiverships, lender representation in bankruptcy cases and other workout options.
