As an associate in the Real Estate Finance practice, Robb Levine focuses his practice on negotiating and drafting a broad range of contracts spanning all aspects of the life cycle of a commercial real estate asset. He has extensive experience representing borrowers and lenders with respect to variety of debt facilities, secured and unsecured, including construction loans, permanent financing, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, wrap financing, loan workouts and restructuring existing facilities.
Robb also counsels clients with respect to their equity investments in connection with the acquisition, joint venture structuring, development, asset management and disposition of commercial real estate assets.
Robb routinely negotiates complex commercial leases, management agreements, telecommunications agreements, brokerage and listing agreements, construction and architect agreements and other agreements related to the management of each client’s assets.
Robb represents clients ranging from individuals to multibillion-dollar pension funds and REITs throughout the United States.
